A.Reminder for Air/Sea Shipment

To make sure customers receive/pick up goods with no discrepancy in goods delivered from Well-done, and to insure sufficient information to be collected for claim if any unexpected incident (unintended or contrived ) happens during the transportation, we would like our esteemed customers to pay high attention to the following items before sign your name on the “Pick-up” paper.

1.    Receiver (or who is responsible for pick-up) should check the cargo at the airport in front of the responsible airport assistant.

2.    Make sure both stickers “Fragile” & Well-done Pass” are in wholeness and intact.

3.    Verify and calculate all the products inside the cartons on basis of our formal Packing list. Make sure products are intact, complete and packed the same way as that on packing list 

If any obvious broken damage on the cartons, pls. take the following measurement:

1.   Take Pictures and weigh the cartons exactly and record the information immediately on the scene.

 

2.    Make detailed description about the damage cartons and the missing items if any and have the confirmation from relevant supervisor at the airport. .

Pls. note:

Cargo by DHL and FedEx does not have “Well-done Pass” sticker.

Only Invoice is provided for 1 piece carton and pls. refer to the Invoice or Proforma Invoice for checking the wholeness of the kits.
